Operating rules
In order to ensure safe operation and a health-safe environment in the premises of the premises of the Riding Stable Radčice z.s., ID No. 22907211, (hereinafter referred to as the premises), I issue, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 2) of Section 132a) of the Labour Code, as part of risk prevention, these Operating Rules, which are binding to the extent of familiarity for all persons staying in the premises of the premises on the basis of a contractual relationship and other persons who visit the premises of the premises, I establish the following rules:
A. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR VISITORS
All persons are required to read these instructions before entering the premises.
The area is open to members of the Radčice Riding Stables (hereinafter referred to as members) every day from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. Outside of these hours it is forbidden to enter the premises except for guests and their visitors.
Children under the age of 12 are only allowed on the premises when accompanied by a person over the age of 18 who is responsible for the child.
The premises are strictly forbidden to persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotic and psychotropic substances and persons in quarantine. It is also forbidden to bring alcohol into the premises.
Dogs are only allowed on a leash and with a basket.
It is forbidden to enter outside the designated areas. Entry to the horse paddock, stables and other enclosed areas is only permitted with permission and accompanied by a designated authorised person.
It is forbidden to litter outside the designated areas or otherwise pollute the environment.
It is forbidden to be noisy or to frighten animals in any way.
Everyone is obliged to secure their belongings so that they are not stolen.
Exceptions to these operating rules may only be authorized by the owner of the premises or a person authorized by her.
B. INSTRUCTIONS FOR GUESTS AND VISITORS
Further instructions for residents are set out in the House Rules.
C. STABLING, HORSE TRAINING, COURSES AND RECREATIONAL RIDING
1.ENTRANCE TO THE AREA (stables, riding stables, pasture breeding) AND MOVEMENT OF PERSONS
1.1. The area is open daily from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.
1.2. The running of the premises is managed by the owner of the premises or a person authorised by her. In matters of training, they may be represented by a competent instructor, trainer or trainer (hereinafter referred to as trainer).
1.3. Only members and owners of horses are allowed to enter the premises. Guests only when accompanied and with the consent of the owner of the premises, a person authorized by him or her, or a trainer.
1.4. Motor parking is recommended on the street in front of the premises. On the right side towards the river.
1.5. When entering the premises, it is the duty of each person to report to the owner of the premises, or a person authorized by him/her, or the coach and respect their instructions.
1.6. Entry to the operational areas of the premises which are not directly related to the stabling and movement of horses and their care is prohibited (warehouses, boiler room, etc.). Access to the changing rooms, the tack room and the saddlery is permitted only to their authorised users. Other persons must be accompanied by authorised users.
2.HORSE CARE
2.1. Horses may only be approached with the permission of the owner of the premises, a person authorised by the owner, or a trainer (trainer) or the owner of the horse, or accompanied by them. It is forbidden to enter the stable boxes, riding stalls and paddocks without these persons. Risk of injury !
2.2. When handling horses in stables and grazing areas it is necessary to behave calmly, not to run, shout or otherwise frighten the horses. It is forbidden to feed horses without the owner’s consent.
2.3. Before approaching the horse, it is necessary to address the horse loudly enough and approach it usually from its left side. Never approach a horse from behind in an open area and in cases where there is no other option, address the horse firmly.
2.4. When training and grooming a horse, it is necessary to keep a safe distance – either stand close to the horse or at a distance that prevents hoof strikes or bites. Access to the horses is prohibited without the knowledge of the owner of the premises, his/her designee, or trainer.
2.5. All horses will be haltered when being handled in the stable for shoeing, cleaning, etc.
2.6. Participants riding horses must be properly dressed and equipped with protective equipment. Each rider must wear a good quality riding helmet, riding boots or chaps supplemented with flat-soled ankle boots. It is also recommended that you wear : stretchy riding trousers and a sports shirt, or a long sleeved jumper and leather gloves. It is also advisable to wear a protective vest or spinal protector. It is forbidden to wear necklaces, chains, bracelets, large rings and other items that could easily get caught on the horse’s equipment.
3.HORSE RIDING, RIDING ON HORSEBACK, IN A HITCH, SKI-JÖRING
3.1. Before the start of the ride, the participants and the trainer are obliged to check the saddle material and other equipment of the horse. If the participant finds a fault, he/she is obliged to report it immediately to the trainer.
3.2. The operator is fully responsible for the equipment when operating a hipporehabilitation facility.
3.2. All participants are obliged to behave respectfully towards horses, other riders, passers-by and the surrounding nature. Participants greet passers-by first.
3.3. It is advisable for course participants, recreational riders, regular riders, caretakers and others involved in the operation of the premises to be vaccinated against tetanus. For children and minors under 18 years of age, at least one parent must give written consent to ride and to any movement around the horses. For novice riders, the consent of the attending physician is also recommended.
3.4. New participants who have completed riding training or have ridden in another stable are obliged to objectively inform the trainer about their abilities. The trainer will verify this information with a check ride. A new participant may not ride independently without a check ride under the supervision of the trainer.
3.5. Equestrian training is conducted at the participants’ own risk. Before starting, the participant must sign a declaration that he/she is aware of this risk (for children, the declaration must be signed by their legal guardian).
3.6. Horse riding, riding on horseback, riding in a hitch and Ski-jöring is prohibited under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other psychotropic substances and it is forbidden to eat, drink, chew, smoke or use the telephone during these activities.
3.7. It is forbidden to drive on fields and grass areas. Only ride on public roads and paths, as instructed by the trainer.
If a horse rolls under the rider, in a village or on a dirt road, the rider is obliged to clean it up after the ride.
4.SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
4.1. Every person staying in the premises is obliged to observe the safety, fire, health, hygiene, veterinary and other regulations and instructions of the owner of the premises, the person authorized by him or the trainer and the conditions set for the operation of the stable and riding area.
4.2. All users are obliged to maintain order and cleanliness in the premises. Everyone is obliged to clean up used items and tools in the designated places and if they cause dirt, remove it immediately. This applies especially in the stables, sanitary facilities, saddlery, changing rooms, etc.
4.3. There is a strict ban on smoking and open fires in the entire housing area (stables, saddlery, hay, straw and sawdust stores and other buildings in this area).
4.4. All participants of equestrian operations in the premises are obliged to respect the instructions of the owner of the premises, a person authorized by him or a trainer, both in the riding arena and in the field, as well as in the stable or other places related to equestrian activities or horse care.
4.5. It is forbidden to place personal items in the common areas and stables, to move items owned by the owner of the premises and to use their own electrical appliances and equipment on the premises without the consent of the owner of the premises.
4.6. During sporting and other events, everyone is obliged to respect the organizer’s arrangements and follow the instructions of the organizing service.
4.7. Everyone is obliged to provide first aid in case of injury to a person or horse and to call a doctor or vet if necessary.
4.8. Everyone present is obliged to report to the owner of the premises the occurrence of a fire or a situation requiring the intervention of the Police of the Czech Republic and to do everything possible to prevent the spread of fire or to avert the imminent danger.

All visitors, riders, course participants, owners and fans of horses are obliged to observe these conditions in order not to harm the horses, their surroundings or themselves, and to ensure that riding and working around horses takes place in a friendly and considerate spirit.
